1. მესამე მხარის მომსახურების უარყოფა Voralin არის ციფრული შუამავალი პლატფორმა. ჩვენ არ ვთავაზობთ სილამაზის, სამედიცინო ან სალონურ მომსახურებას. პლატფორმის მეშვეობით დაჯავშნულ ყველა მომსახურებას უზრუნველყოფენ დამოუკიდებელი მესამე მხარის სალონების მფლობელები. Voralin არ არის პასუხისმგებელი ამ მესამე მხარის მიერ მოწოდებული მომსახურების ხარისხზე, უსაფრთხოებაზე ან კანონიერებაზე.

 

2. ინფორმაციის სიზუსტე მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ ჩვენ ვცდილობთ ზუსტი მონაცემების მიწოდებას, „ვორალინი“ არ იძლევა გარანტიას, რომ სალონის მფლობელების მიერ ჩამოთვლილი მომსახურების აღწერილობები, ფასები ან ხელმისაწვდომობა ყოველთვის ზუსტი ან შეცდომებისგან თავისუფალია.

 

3. გადახდის დამუშავება ყველა ფინანსური ტრანზაქცია დამუშავდება TBC ბანკის უსაფრთხო არხის მეშვეობით. Voralin არ ინახავს თქვენი საკრედიტო ბარათის ან საბანკო ანგარიშის სრულ მონაცემებს. ჩვენ არ ვართ პასუხისმგებელი ტექნიკურ შეცდომებზე, არაავტორიზებული წვდომის ან მესამე მხარის გადახდის პროცესორის მიერ გამოწვეულ ხარვეზებზე.

 

4. პასუხისმგებლობის შეზღუდვა საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დაშვებული მაქსიმალური ზომით, ვორალინი (IE ალირეზა აბედი) არ არის პასუხისმგებელი რაიმე არაპირდაპირ, შემთხვევით ან თანმდევ ზიანზე, რომელიც წარმოიშობა:

  • პლატფორმის გამოყენება ან გამოყენების შეუძლებლობა.

  • პლატფორმაზე ნებისმიერი მესამე მხარის (მომხმარებლების ან სალონის მფლობელების) ნებისმიერი ქცევა ან შინაარსი.

  • თქვენს გადაცემებზე ან მონაცემებზე ნებისმიერი არაავტორიზებული წვდომა.

 

5. „როგორც არის“ პრინციპით Voralin-ის პლატფორმა და მისი ყველა ფუნქცია მოწოდებულია „როგორც არის“ და „როგორც ხელმისაწვდომია“ პრინციპით, რაიმე სახის გარანტიის გარეშე, როგორც პირდაპირი, ასევე ნაგულისხმევი.

### 1. Key Definitions

  • "Salon Owner":  The legal representative or primary account holder who registered the business profile on Voralin.

  • * **"Manager":** An authorized representative invited by the Salon Owner with delegated management privileges.

  • * **"Staff" / "Specialist":** An employee, contractor, or service professional assigned to calendar schedules and services within the salon profile.

  • * **"Business Profile":** The public and administrative business data associated with a salon location on Voralin.

### 2. Information We Collect

To manage your salon listings, calendar, and payouts, we collect:

  • * **Owner & Staff Identification:** Name, business/personal email, phone numbers, and profile avatars.

  • * **Business Verification & Legal Data:** Store name, branch name, salon address, business contact details, Personal Identification Number (Personal ID), and Business Identification Number (Tax ID).

  • * **Payout & Banking Information:** Bank name, account holder name, and IBAN for financial settlements.

  • * **Salon Profile Assets:** Salon interior/exterior photographs, portfolio gallery images, service menus, prices, and staff assignments.

  • * **Operational & Calendar Data:** Working hours, appointment schedules, walk-in records, customer names attached to bookings, and completion metrics.

  • * **Subscription Information:** Voralin Pro subscription receipts and transaction identifiers managed via Apple StoreKit.

  • * **Device & Geolocation Data:** Salon GPS coordinates for map placement, IP addresses, crash logs, and Crisp Chat support transcripts.

### 3. How We Use Business Data

We use the collected information for:

1. **Public Marketplace Listings:** Displaying your salon name, services, prices, address, gallery, and ratings to Customers on the Voralin Customer App.

2. **Appointment Routing:** Delivering booking alerts, customer details, and schedule updates to assigned staff and managers.

3. **Commission Settlements:** Tracking New Customer marketplace bookings and managing platform commission accounting.

4. **Subscription Management:** Processing monthly Voralin Pro subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchases.

5. **Support & Verification:** Verifying business authenticity and offering operational support via Crisp Chat.

### 4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

  • * **With Customers:** Your public salon name, address, phone number, photos, service prices, and specialist names are displayed to customers.

  • * **Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit):** Processes your monthly Voralin Pro subscription payments.

  • * **TBC Bank:** Facilitates direct customer deposit processing and business settlements.

  • * **Google Firebase:** Secure cloud hosting, encrypted databases, and file storage.

  • * **Crisp IM SARL:** In-app business customer support.

### 5. Account & Staff Deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v))

​

  • * **Staff & Manager Deletion:** Staff members and Managers can delete their account at any time via **Profile > Delete Account**. Doing so instantly severs their access to the salon and removes them from the salon staff directory.

  • * **Salon Owner & Business Deletion:** Salon Owners can delete their business profile and account in-app. All associated active listings, staff links, and business records will be deactivated and removed according to our retention rules.

  • * **Requests:** You can also request deletion by contacting **support@voralin.com**.

* **Profile & Identity Data:** Full name, email address, phone number, and profile image.

* **Authentication Data:** Information provided when logging in via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In (such as verified name and email address).

* **Booking & History Data:** Selected salons, booked services, appointment dates/times, selected specialists/staff, booking notes, and appointment history.

* **Payment & Transaction Data:** Transaction timestamps, amounts paid for appointment deposits, payment status, and Voralin Credit/Points balance. *(Note: Full payment card details are processed directly by TBC Bank and are NEVER stored on Voralin servers).*

* **Location Data (Optional):** Precise or approximate GPS location (with your device permission) to display salons near you on the map.

* **Communications & Support:** Customer support chat transcripts and user tokens via the integrated Crisp Chat SDK.

### 3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

1. **Executing Bookings:** Relaying your booking details, name, and contact phone number to the specific Salon Partner you booked with so they can perform the service.

2. **Deposit & Payment Processing:** Processing your 10% appointment deposits via TBC Bank.

3. **Smart Reminders & Notifications:** Sending push notifications, SMS, or emails regarding appointment confirmations, deposit payment deadlines (the Halving Rule), and status updates.

4. **Customer Support:** Enabling customer care continuity through Crisp Chat.

5. **Security & Fraud Prevention:** Detecting fraudulent bookings, spam, and abuse.

### 4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with:

* **The Booked Salon:** Your name, phone number, and appointment preferences are shared exclusively with the salon you choose to book with.

* **TBC Bank Payment Gateway:** Processes all payment transactions via secure, encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant protocols.

* **Google Firebase:** Secure cloud hosting, database storage, and authentication infrastructure.

* **Crisp IM SARL:** Secure in-app live chat and customer support.

### 5. Account & Data Deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v))

You have the permanent right to delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app:

1. Open the Customer App, navigate to **Profile / Settings > Delete Account**.

2. Confirm the deletion prompt.

3. Your account credentials, profile data, and active sessions will be permanently erased or irreversibly anonymized from our live databases.

4. You may also request deletion by emailing **support@voralin.com**.
